 Its my first time trying Essence Lipsticks.

Though they have a wide range of shades ,most of them are shimmery with frosty finish.

There are just 2-3 shades without shimmer and All about cupcakes is one of them.

I am quite fond of this blog and writing for this was an honour.  After thinking a lot I thought to do a Halloween nail tutorial for you guys.  Unfortunately I broke my nails so I decided to do tutorial on practice tip and also show how I fitted that design on my short nails as well. I prefer the twisting ones as i think its messy and time consuming to sharpen them.

I wore the polishes for 4 days straight without any chipping.

I rarely wear nail polish for more than 3-4 days.

 Avon came out with another interesting polish range ie Mosaic effects.

I would call these crackle polishes.

I got 3 shades for review purpose.

Klairs Rich moist soothing face masks Review

For those of you who have not yet been introduced to sheet masks, its the most happening thing in skin care world.

Koreans have sheet masks for everything!!!!

Lips,neck,eyes,face,face+neck and i hear rumors of body sheet masks :p (but don't know how that is even possible).

Today i will be reviewing Klairs Rich moist soothing face masks from Wishtrend.com

I have combination skin.

So i prefer those masks that will control my facial oil while providing sufficient moisturiser to keep my face soft and supple.

Essence Cosmetics now in Delhi

Another great news for Delhi beauty lovers-Essence Cosmetics , one of the leading drugstore brand of Germany has a stall here.

I wish i never have to leave Delhi.

Doctors get the highest salary in this state as compared to other Indian States,

We have Bobbi Brown,Innisfree and now Essence.

Its a drug store brand so the prices are very affordable(unlike the Indian drugstore brands whose prices are equivalent to high end ones like MAC,Bobbi brown)

Essence will never burn a hole in your pocket.

They range between 200-500 INR.

The package is fun,girly and feminine.

I would say a little kiddish but who cares !!!

RUSK Anti Frizz hair Treatment

Weddings and festive season is here.

And many ladies out there would like to go for hair re-bonding which causes immense damage to hair.

Makes them fragile and prone to breakage.

The best alternative is to go for RUSK anti frizz treatment.

This will result in 80-85% straightening with minimal damage.

While re-bonding permanently straightens the hair strand, Anti frizz causes gentle stretching of the strands and the protein fills in the gap.

This way when the new hair grows there is no major demarcation between the new outgrowths and the chemically treated hair.

This effect lasts upto 4 months but with good aftercare ,maybe extended to a year.

After re-bonding the chemically treated hair does not revert back to the natural form so you have to eventually cut it off.

But anti frizz slowly reverts back hence you don't need to cut off the treated section

Though this salon was new to me i was impressed with the brands they use-RUSK and Brocato.

Under Brocato , there are various kinds of hair spas but i tried the PROTEIN SPA.

This hair spa is recommended for those with thin hair though it is a smoothing treatment.

It does not make the hair limp and instead add volume.

It is non-toxic. Formaldehyde free.

Contains natural ingredients like murumuru seed butter(provides hydration),

macadamia seed oil (leaves hair soft)

and camelia seed oil(anti-oxidant)

Outfit Post- Wella Bloggers Meet

You can never go wrong with Black.

In fact half the clothes in my closet are black.

Though its not my fav color when it comes to dresses or shoes i always end up picking black whenever i go shopping.

I wore this outfit to the Wella Bloggers Meet (which i'll blog about later).

I wanted to keep the whole look casual yet fun.

This is my 300th blog post.

Phew!!I know i don't post daily like many of the bloggers.

I salute all those who do.

I know a lot of hard work goes into it.

i'm not going to have a celebration for reaching this milestone.

But i would like to give a BIGGGG Virtual hugs to all my readers -both new and old,ALLLL the wonderful friends i made through blogging and to those silent readers(yes you!you know who :))
