Avon Extra Lasting Lipstick Review

 I know i am wayyyyy behind in blogging.

It feels like eternity but yes, i am still alive and kicking.

My life feels so monotonous at the moment but i am trying to take it one day at a time.

Call me superfluous but Cosmetics makes it a bit bearable.

Lately,i'm also in hoarding scented candles :p

Anyway, Avon launched their Extra Lasting lipstick range few months ago and i received 4 of them for review.

There are more than 15 shades to choose from.

Essence Cosmetics now in Delhi

Another great news for Delhi beauty lovers-Essence Cosmetics , one of the leading drugstore brand of Germany has a stall here.

I wish i never have to leave Delhi.

Doctors get the highest salary in this state as compared to other Indian States,

We have Bobbi Brown,Innisfree and now Essence.

Its a drug store brand so the prices are very affordable(unlike the Indian drugstore brands whose prices are equivalent to high end ones like MAC,Bobbi brown)

Essence will never burn a hole in your pocket.

They range between 200-500 INR.

The package is fun,girly and feminine.

I would say a little kiddish but who cares !!!

Tangerine was the color of 2012 so i couldn't help getting this pretty shade from Inglot.

I am not much of an Inglot buyer.

The thing is when i go to their store i'm overwhelmed with all the shades and my world gets color overloaded so i end up buying nothing.

Also i don't really fancy buying refills.

Finally i did get something from Inglot and has been keeping me in limelight with ladies coming up to me in Malls and Metro Stations asking me which lipstick i'm wearing :p

carnation flowers come in amazingly large variable colors . my aunt used to grow them in her flower pots and i never got tired of looking at the tiny ruffled petals . God is an amazing artist :)

coming to the Lotus herbal pure color s lipstick Carnation, its the first peach lipstick i'm wearing. though it looks coral peachy , the orange tint doesn't show up on my lips .

Maybelline color sensational moisture extreme Bronze Orange swatch & review

A person should be what his/ her name suggests (well in this case a lipstick).

BRONZE ORANGE- is exactly what d name says... its orange but not electric, a lil rusty look but very pretty on the lips. oh btw i have this feeling that all my lipsticks and lipsglosses are corally tinted :p what can i say... i love coral :)

this was the first official lipstick i bought for myself (the old ones i had were all hand me downs from my mom or aunts). and i didnt want to go for the shocking colors as you see working in hospitals is not very make up friendly. none of the girls wear make ups. and when i do put on some lipgloss and kohl i get this feeling that they're giving me "does -she- think- she s -going- to- a -fashion -show?" look (freaks me out!)

there are days i just leave for work only wearing sunscreens. at other times when i'm really in the "i don give a S%@t about what they think days" , i wear my Bronze orange.:)

if lipsticks were babies, Bronze Orange would be my favourite . and i'l call her little GIGI ^_*

I love the name NYX ...there s a ring to it.

its musical and sounds fashionable.

i  saw the swatch of Pumpkin pie longgg ago when i was browsing for orangey lipstick.

it looked sooo pretty but back then there were no online cosmetics shops and when d new ones started cropping up they didn't have NYX.
