Weddings and festive season is here.
And many ladies out there would like to go for hair re-bonding which causes immense damage to hair.
Makes them fragile and prone to breakage.
The best alternative is to go for RUSK anti frizz treatment.
This will result in 80-85% straightening with minimal damage.
While re-bonding permanently straightens the hair strand, Anti frizz causes gentle stretching of the strands and the protein fills in the gap.
This way when the new hair grows there is no major demarcation between the new outgrowths and the chemically treated hair.
This effect lasts upto 4 months but with good aftercare ,maybe extended to a year.
After re-bonding the chemically treated hair does not revert back to the natural form so you have to eventually cut it off.
But anti frizz slowly reverts back hence you don't need to cut off the treated section

AFTER CARE PRODUCTS-
I agree rebonding damages hair badly, I got it done in 2009 and My hair texture has worsened and I have lost almost 25% of my hair volume due to hairfall..Though this treatment seems nice but I am never getting my hair chemically treated again :(

ReplyDeleteHi Zan! I found your blog thru The Beauty Blogger Bunch! I'm big on haircare. I wonder if this brand is sold in US?
ReplyDeleteHI Kath, this is the link to their official page where you can locate the various stores www.rusk1.com/locate.php hope that helps <3
ReplyDeleteThis is a straightening treatment. My hair is already straight so I hvnt done this. I agree nothing is 100% safe but this one is safer than re-bonding for the reason stated above. However when I get someone to try this I will let u know how effective this procedure really is and about its long term effects.
ReplyDeleteI would love this. My hair is horribly frizzy! I would buy any treatment that promises no frizz and doesn't harm me or my hair.
