Kama Ayurveda Rose And Jasmine Moisturiser Review

This is my first time trying Kama Ayurveda product.
And i'm having  mixed emotions about it.
 Read on to know why.

WHAT THE BRAND CLAIMS-

 PACKAGE-

It comes is a simple tinted plastic bottle.
Not very user friendly as i have to literally hit the bottle against my palm to take out the product.
I wish it came with a pump dispenser.
That would've made it so much easier.

It has a stopper but it becomes tedious removing and putting it back everytime i use the moisturiser.
So ,i would suggest them to improve on the packing a little bit.

 TEXTURE-

It has a very creamy texture.
Makes application really easy, spreads evenly .
Gets readily absorbed and it does an amazing job of moisturising my dry skin.

FRAGRANCE-

It is supposed to be made of Rose and Jasmine ingredients.
But  the Jasmine smell completely over powers the rose .
I'm not a big fan of Jasmine .
It is overwhelming and the smell persists for a long duration.

So even though i love the product for its instant moisturising and brightening property,
i tend to avoid applying it only because of the smell.
However , some people might love it.
As for me, this smell is just OTT.

I apply the moisturiser after taking shower .
It removes any dry patches and makes the skin soft and radiant.
I would suggest this for those with moderately dry skin.
It might not work for Ultra dry skin.

The effect lasts for 4-5 hours .
But i usually skip re-applying it because of the strong jasmine smell. :(

 PROS-

1.Instant moisturising of the skin.
2.Brightens the complexion and makes skin soft.
3.No artificial preservatives,colorants,petrochemicals and fragrance.
4.Cruelty free.

CONS-

1.Can improve on package (by using pump dispenser)
2.Overwhelming Jasmine fragrance is a turn off for me.
3.Available only in Kama Ayurveda Outlets.
4.PRICE-Rs.1150.

I would've loved it if it came in other fragrances.
