Aphrodite Lacquers- Doorman review and swatches

I got a love parcel from Rebecca of Aphrodite Lacquer.
She is a lovely lady who works as an ER nurse in Portland,Oregon.
She started making polish when there were htf's that she could not get but that she wanted really bad.
Then she started venturing out with creating her own ideas, like specific combos of glitter and bases that she knew were not out there yet.
She started Aphrodite Lacquers, making polish on large scale, in an attempt to share these idea's with other people like her who loved handmade nail polish and who loved glitter
(glitter is her favorite type of polish finish ever)
(same with me..i love glitter!!)

And we love her polishes because they can make any girl happy :)

Today i will be reviewing and swatching "Doorman".
It has a Bluish translucent base filled with micro blue shimmer giving it a holographic look.
And mixed with square blue glitters with specks of square black and silver glitters.
I used 4 layers of the polish to get the effect i desired.
The good thing is the glitters are not overloaded and you can gradually build up the glitter.
when used without a base the holographic effect is more prominent.
To show this effect i've used an aquamarine base on the tips and no base in the other half of the nails.

I'm really loving these glitter polishes and can't wait to try out the others :)
