WHAT YOU WILL NEED?
1.nail polish of your choice for the base coat.
2.a forcep or tweezer
3. bottle cap filled with water
4.top coat
5.nail art water decals
I'm going to use the Snow white and the dwarves water decal.

| Cut them into separate pieces |
 |
| remove the thin transparent film covering it. drop the decal in the water |
 |
| take it out with a tweezer and lightly peel off the sticker from the white background. DO NOT make the mistake of inverting the decal on ur nails or you will be left with a back of the sticker . |

| stick it over the base smoothen out if there are creases |
