New Year Nail Art

 This will be my last post for 2013.

I've had a wonderful year - made crazy nail art lover friends,went to gazillion events and learnt a lot of new things about blogging.

Improved my pictures and experimented with different compositions.

It has been one hell of a ride.

I made this simple manicure using

MASH stamping plate no 40 for index and ring finger

Cheeky stamping plate no 38 for the middle and pinky.

Swamp Monster NOTD

 Last weekend i met some members from Indian Lacquer Lovers FB group (Precious Pearl and Nicky).

Nicky gave me this really pretty China Glaze Holo "OMG A UFO".

Its a lovely Moss green shade and looking at it made me wanna make some cute monster mani.

Here's what i made.

I just got caught up in other things and then suddenly i wasn't in the nail art loving phase.

Anyway, few days back i was cleaning my nail polish stash and randomly did some stamping using Mash Stamping plates.

The size is about 3mm in diameter.

So it will be pretty big for those with short and small nails.

MASH Velvet Dust Set Review

 3D nails seems to be making the wave in nail art society.

Right from 3D flowers to velvet dust and textured nails.

When i think of velvet, all that comes to my mind are shoes and sofas lol

I was a bit skeptical about how it would fare,how long it would last 

and how would i bath wearing that . Plus doing the dishes ? hmmm...
